Your choice

When purchasing your Bake & Shark ticket, you may provide your mobile number and agree to receive your pickup QR code by SMS. No marketing messages. For help or to withdraw permission, call +1 868-346-3784 or +1 868-303-1716.

SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase or pickup. Purchasing a ticket or providing a phone number alone does not give permission to send a text.

What the app records

The pickup record includes your order reference, masked phone number, pickup status and a secure hash of the random QR token. New records also use a protected, keyed phone-matching identifier to help prevent sending to a different number. That identifier is not anonymous and is not the full phone number.

When you agree to receive the QR text, staff select the unchecked “Send QR code by SMS” option while creating your pass. The app automatically records the order, authenticated operator, timestamp and disclosure version. There is no separate permission form or permission step at pickup, and no permission is added automatically to earlier orders.

Delivery and spending records, when used, hold consent references, protected phone-matching identifiers, masked numbers, delivery status and budget information to prevent duplicate sends and control spending. The app does not durably store the full destination number, SMS body or raw QR token in those records.

Retention and access

Limited order, permission, withdrawal, delivery and spending records remain until deliberately removed. No automatic deletion deadline is configured. These records are not anonymous. Staff access is restricted; a person holding a pickup link can see that pass’s limited order information, so keep the link private.

Full phone numbers and message content may be handled temporarily in browser or server request memory. This is not a promise of immediate physical erasure. If SMS is separately activated, the provider and carriers will process the destination number and message, including the secure pickup link, under their own retention practices.

Payment and marketing

Payment happens outside this app. The app does not collect card or bank details, process or independently verify payment, or issue an itemized tax receipt. Selecting the SMS option is not a payment attestation.

Permission is limited to the optional Bake & Shark pickup QR text, not marketing. We do not sell, rent or transfer SMS consent for others’ marketing or messaging. Necessary processing by delivery providers and carriers, if SMS is later activated, is described above.

Help or withdrawal

Call +1 868 346-3784 or +1 868 303-1716 for privacy questions, help or withdrawal. A withdrawal blocks further texts; the limited record is retained to honor that request. You can still collect your order without SMS.

If a reply-capable US toll-free SMS service is enabled, reply STOP to stop texts. This instruction applies only to that reply-capable service.

A one-way Trinidad sender cannot receive replies. For help or to withdraw permission, call +1 868 346-3784 or +1 868 303-1716. Do not rely on replying STOP to a one-way sender.
