SMS permission

Your choice

When purchasing your Bake & Shark ticket, you may provide your mobile number and agree to receive your pickup QR code by SMS. No marketing messages. For help or to withdraw permission, call +1 868-346-3784 or +1 868-303-1716.

SMS is optional. A purchase, silence or a phone number alone is not agreement to receive a text. If you do not agree, your QR pass can still be created and used without SMS.

One staff confirmation

After you agree, staff select “Send QR code by SMS”, alongside the note “Customer agreed to receive this text.” The box starts unchecked. The app records the order, authenticated operator, timestamp and disclosure version automatically; staff do not complete a separate permission form or enter a date.

There is no extra permission step for the pickup team when scanning or redeeming your QR code. The confirmation does not attest to payment, is not an audio recording and does not create historical permission for earlier orders. Changing the intended recipient requires fresh agreement.

SMS availability

When SMS is disabled, selecting the option records your choice but does not send or queue a message. Staff can still create the QR pass. If specifically approved testing is enabled and all sending safeguards pass, creating a new eligible pass with the option selected may send its QR text. General customer texting is not enabled.

A pass created while SMS is unavailable is not queued for automatic sending later. The app does not automatically retry a send.

Help or change your choice

For help or to withdraw permission, call +1 868 346-3784 or +1 868 303-1716. A withdrawal prevents further texts; pickup remains available without SMS.

If a reply-capable US toll-free SMS service is enabled, reply STOP to stop texts. This instruction applies only to that reply-capable service.
